Shipping & Cancellations
Update 27Jun2021: EU import laws are changing - As always, all import taxes, fees and duties are your responsibility.
PayPal does not refund transaction fee's for your cancelled orders. If you request to cancel an unshipped order, you will be responsible for PayPal's transaction fees. This is typically $0.30 + 3.6% of the total order value, including shipping. This amount will NOT be refunded to you.
We are no longer able to combine orders. If you would like to add an item to your existing, unshipped order we can do that - just email us and we'll invoice you for the extra item(s).
Import duty/tax/fees are your responsibility. To insure your shipment, we must declare the full shipment price.
We ship with Australia Post - Standard international parcel mail. It is insured and it is tracked. We, and Australia Post consider your item delivered once your postal company marks it as 'Delivered'. Our ownership and responsibility of the parcel ends once we hand it over to Australia Post.
If you live in a high risk area, you may want to include Signature on Delivery (contact us - it is an additional fee in many countries) , use a PO box or similar. We cannot re-ship your parcel if it has been stolen. We can provide any paperwork you need if you wish to lodge a stolen parcel complaint in your country. We and Australia Post will not reimburse you for a stolen 'delivered' package.
