Worldwide Shipping Delays

Update: We have noticed some orders are being shipped by sea as air delays are becoming excessive. We will provide more information when it becomes available.

Australia, like all other countries have International flight restrictions in place. As most of our countries outgoing mail used these services to get to their destinations, delays are now expected.

In the last 2 months we have seen delays varying from a few days to a few weeks. There seems to be no logic behind who's orders are delayed and who's slip through.

You can still track your orders though from a lengthy discussion with Australia Post, any stalled tracking is an indication it is awaiting the next available flight out of the country at our airports.

If your tracking shows it has departed Australia, it will be with your countries, or an intermediate countries forwarding/customs facility.

Australia Post has declared a parcel to be lost if not delivered within 3 months. At this point we can issue a refund or re-ship.

You can visit Australia Post's website here for updated information on delays:

As for Australia in this pandemic, as of Friday 15th May, restrictions are lifting, and word of international flights resuming are on the horizon. Once this happens, it'll be business as usual in regards to shipments.

Thank you all for your continued patience in these crazy times!
