A handy little display and interface which talks with your LG RESU and LG Rack mount batteries, providing the 'keep alive' message; without which the batteries will open their circuit breakers after 10minutes.
Once installed, you are free to use ANY 48v off-grid inverter / mppt charger compatible with lithium batteries.
Powered by USB-C, you can use an off the shelf USB charger, or a dedicated 48v to 5v USB converter which will not rely on mains being present. Twin USB C sockets allow daisy-chaining multiple interfaces from the one supply.
The LCD displays state of charge, pack voltage, charge/discharge current, pack temperature and 'Health' which is a measure of capacity and internal cell balance.
We've used LG batteries with our interface in our off-grid installation going on 6 years. This is not an official LG product. Check the suppliers/manufactures warranty before using 3rd party interfaces with your LG battery.
